NATO has expressed concerns to Turkey about the purchase of Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems and believes that they pose a threat to the planes of allies in the alliance.
As NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told Suddeutsche Zeitung, there are alternatives to the Russian weapons, such as the European SAMP / T-System or the American Patriots.
