Armenia's Pashinyan sends condolence message on death of 44th President of Argentina

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a condolence message on the occasion of the death of 44^th President of Argentina Carlos Menem.

“I was saddened by the news about the death of prominent politician, 44^th President of Argentina Carlos Menem.

President Menem made his unique contributions to the development and strengthening of Armenian-Argentine relations and received the title of Honorable Citizen of Yerevan for the “establishment of fraternal relations between Yerevan and Buenos Aires”.

The merit of Carlos Menem for the willingness and consistent efforts for recognition of the Armenian Genocide is invaluable.

I express my deep condolences and support to the family of Carlos Menem and the friendly people of Argentina.”
