Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

During the talks, the parties discussed the implementation of the provisions of the joint statement of November 9, 2020.

The importance of the early return of prisoners of war, hostages, and other detainees was noted. The Armenian side expressed concern that Azerbaijan does not fully comply with these requirements.

They also discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Russia, and ways of further developing allied cooperation.
