Of course, there have to be elections in a healthy atmosphere, without this Prime Minister and through unbiased people who aren’t interested in falsifying elections. This is what Vazgen Manukyan, candidate of the opposition Homeland Salvation Movement for Prime Minister of Armenia, told reporters at Liberty Square in Yerevan today.

“There are people who accept the fact that Nikol Pashinyan must resign, but they might not accept this movement due to the participants or the actions of the Movement, but it’s a fact that 90% of the people are against Nikol Pashinyan,” Manukyan said.

Asked what he says when citizens ask him if it is possible to retrieve what was lost, Vazgen Manukyan asked the particular reporter to specify what the latter means by ‘what was lost’, and when the reporter said it concerns Artsakh, Manukyan said the following:

“First, we Armenians can feel proud again and regain the respect of other nations, if we manage to ensure our security and development of the country. As far as Artsakh is concerned, we’re aspiring to retrieve what we had in the beginning, not the seven regions. We need to see Artsakh as a complete and independent entity. This is a matter of negotiations."
