The Investigation Committee of Artsakh has accepted a criminal case initiated on the fact of non-export of material and cultural values ​​by the state territorial administration and the local self-government bodies of Karabakh before the trilateral statement of the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020

The case was initiated on the basis of a report on the commission of a crime submitted on December 10, 2020.
