Co-founder of Legal Way NGO Ruben Melikyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“I’m standing in front of the National Security Service. An urgent meeting is taking place to fight against the immoral and unlawful repressions that began today. International relations specialist Karen Bekaryan has been apprehended through a ‘masquerade’. According to my information, there are other people who have also been apprehended. We’re not afraid of swindlers and the dishonorable officers with shoulder straps who have become a tool for those swindlers. The National Security Service of Armenia is the Security Service for Azerbaijanis.”
