A few days ago, by the decision of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) government, nine high-class official cars—which belonged to the staffs of the Artsakh President and the National Assembly, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and several other departments—were put up for open auction. Artak Beglaryan, Chief of the Presidential Staff of the Artsakh, wrote about this on Facebook.
“The market values recorded by an independent appraiser will be used as the starting price of the auction, the total amount of which is about 150 million drams. (…). In the second phase, it is planned to fundamentally reform the system of official cars [in Artsakh]," Beglaryan added.
