The Russian peacekeeping force continues to ensure the transit of cargo between the Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)] territories which have come under the control of Azerbaijan in November 2020, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

The fourth convoy of the Russian Humanitarian Response Center, and consisting of 25 military trucks and escorting vehicles, transported about 180 tons of cargo to the Kelbajar [(Karvachar)] region to restore power and water supply to social facilities and residential buildings.

"The assistance was provided to the Azerbaijani side on the basis of the terms of the trilateral statement of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan on November 9 last year," the statement said.
