YEREVAN. – The legislative package submitted by the government refers to the establishment of anticorruption courts in Armenia. Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan stated this Wednesday during the debates—in the second and final reading—on the package of bills on making amendments and addenda to the Judicial Code and related laws, at the meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

In particular, he noted that there were many proposals regarding this bill that have not been discussed yet, and therefore, it is advisable to discuss this matter later.

Thus, the debates on this matter were postponed for two months.
