Armenians of Russia expressed support for the army's statement on PM Nikol Pashinyan's resignation.

According to their statement, recent events show that the Armenian Prime Minister and the government are not able to make adequate decisions at such a critical and crucial time for the Armenian people and state. Moreover, the actions of the authorities are pushing the republic towards a civil war.

"At this decisive moment for the nation, we consider it our duty to stand next to the army and declare our unconditional support to the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.

Nikol Pashinyan, opposing himself to the army, has become the biggest threat to the national security of the Republic of Armenia," they said.

"The Russian diaspora has always been and will be next to the people and the army of Armenia."
