Baku is ready to normalize relations with Yerevan and does not rule out the signing of a peace treaty, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev told a briefing.
According to him, if Yerevan does not cheat and deceive, then Baku is ready to strengthen contacts with Armenia, RIA Novosti reported.
