YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had come to power to hand over Karabakh [(Artsakh)], and now he wants to push Russia out of the sphere of geopolitical interests of Armenia. Opposition Prosperous Armenia Party MP Naira Zohrabyan on Tuesday told this to reporters in the parliament.

According to her, Pashinyan wants to direct Armenia's geopolitical orientation toward the West. Zohrabyan noted that this means Turkey's direct presence in the region. "We see it in the example of Georgia. Pashinyan wants to push Russia out of the region," the opposition lawmaker added.
