President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today had a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Artsakh led by Minister Lusine Gharakhanyan.

“Issues related to the post-war era, the internal and external challenges facing Artsakh, as well as a broad range of issues related to future development were discussed. The head of state emphasized that ensuring internal stability through joint and harmonious efforts and shaping a positive environment through development programs are the objectives of vital significance in order to solve the problems caused in consequence of the intricate situation. The President also answered questions from the participants of the meeting,” the press release issued by the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh reads.
