President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today received members of the Union of Refugees for Justice NGO.

The head of state attached importance to the role of the organization, particularly in raising the issues of displaced civilians and full protection of their rights. He also talked about the implementation of programs that are being implemented to solve the problems facing displaced persons.

Harutyunyan viewed the solutions to housing issues of internally displaced persons and refugees as a priority in the current situation and emphasized that the plan is to provide everyone with proper housing conditions through government funding and charities in the course of three years, including persons who were deported from Azerbaijan between 1980 and 1990.

The head of state also answered questions of the attendees’ concern.
