Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on his birthday.

"Today I would like to especially emphasize your personal contribution to the development of the Armenian-Russian allied relations, the strengthening of which fully corresponds to the fundamental interests of the brotherly peoples of our countries.

I am confident that strong friendship, mutual understanding, and trust will continue contributing to the enrichment of the whole complex of interstate relations between Armenia and Russia—with new mutually beneficial programs," the Armenian PM’s message reads in part.
