President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today had a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh led by Minister Hayk Khanumyan, the Office of the President of Artsakh reports.

The participants of the meeting discussed the socio-economic situation following Azerbaijan’s aggression launched on September 27, 2020, the paths to solve the situation and the ministry’s role in solving the current issues. Harutyunyan also touched upon the political situation and emphasized that Artsakh’s peace and international recognition of the country’s independence are on the foreign policy agenda.
