The Chinese authorities advise the US administration to stop putting pressure on Tehran through unilateral sanctions and return to fulfilling obligations in accordance with the provisions of the nuclear deal with Iran, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said.

The new White House administration has already expressed its intention to return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on the Iranian nuclear problem, he noted.

The FM expressed hope for the sincerity of the US intentions and believe that Washington should immediately take constructive steps, lift unilateral sanctions against Iran, as well as against representatives of third countries, TASS reported.
