President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today received a group of residents of the occupied Hadrut region and discussed issues related to housing for displaced residents of villages in other settlements of Artsakh.
The head of state said the approach of the authorities is to maintain the communities, adding that certain communities have already made their decisions, and after design works, construction works will be launched in the Noragyugh, Khnatsakh and Ivanyan villages of Askeran region.
Social issues were also discussed during the meeting. In regard to the fate of the region, Harutyunyan stated that the political plan for restoration of Artsakh’s territorial integrity is one of the major issues on the authorities’ agenda.
