President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today received the delegation led by Representative of Armenia before the European Court of Human Rights Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the press service of the President of Artsakh reports.

The parties discussed the gross violations committed against the rights of citizens deported as a result of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh on September 27, 2020, captives and other citizens and the legal consequences of those violations. They also reached an agreement to raise the aforementioned issues and work closely with the authorized state bodies of Artsakh to organize investigation properly.
