Former US Ambassador to Armenia John Evans has reflected on the pressure exerted by Armenia’s authorities on the Human Rights Defender's Office of the country.
"[Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman] Tatoyan is first rate ombudsman," Evans wrote on Twitter.
