A video is actively being spread on social media about the situation in the military outpost of the armed forces located near the city of Kapan, in which the servicemen make claims—also about some orders or assignments given to them. Gor Abrahamyan, Adviser to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia (RA), wrote this on Facebook.
"Reports are being prepared in the Kapan Military Police Department of the RA MOD, in accordance with the criminal-litigation procedure, in connection with the video published (…), in order to find out the existence of [military] service conditions, check the circumstances of the organizing, the apparently criminal approach in them, and to resolve the process accordingly.
PS. I do not publish the video attached for security reasons," Abrahamyan added.
