YEREVAN. – The Military Police are preparing a report related to the disseminated video, and there is no need or cause for any serious concern on the Kapan frontline. Deputy Defense Minister Arman Sargsyan on Monday told this to reporters in the National Assembly of Armenia.

"There is no problem in terms of security. At the moment, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff are doing everything to improve the condition of the soldiers. These are ongoing works that are carried out on a daily basis," added the deputy minister.

And asked whether there was an order to hand over a military position in Kapan town, he responded that there was no issue of handing over a position.

Sargsyan, however, did not deny that there are problems in the army, at the same time noting that intensive steps are being taken to resolve them, and daily work is being done to improve the security environment.
