Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has sent a letter of condolences on the passing of Armen Isagulov who showed high professional qualities and made an undeniable contribution to the liberation and defense of the homeland during the First Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) War, in the struggle for the liberation, defense and independence of the homeland, later, also during the state service in the law enforcement systems of Artsakh and Armenia.

Sargsyan extended deep condolences and support to Isagulov's relatives, friends, comrades-in-arms, and colleagues on the occasion of this irreparable loss.
