Joint tactical-professional military exercises have started in all operational directions of the Armed Forces, as of Tuesday at 9am. Major General Asryan, Head of the Operative Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, stated about this live on Facebook page.

"The objectives of the military exercises being conducted are to test the combat-readiness of military units and divisions, especially the ability to operate under difficult situational conditions, to test the capabilities of the operational management of the operative tactical chains of the armed forces in the management of troops, and to clarify the issues of cooperation between the given staff forces and means," Asryan added in particular.
