Former First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia Tiran Khachatryan’s attorney Varuzhan Avetikyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“There are still unlawful acts being committed against National Hero of Armenia, Lieutenant-General Tiran Khachatryan. It turns out the Minister of Defense has issued an order ensuring enforcement of the SUSPENDED decree of the President of Armenia, while the relevant decree of the President of Armenia has been suspended by force of the court accepting the claim for proceedings. Taking this into consideration, tomorrow (March 17) I will submit to the Administrative Court new documents under this case that will be aimed at stopping these unlawful acts. I invite all the presses to the entrance to the Administrative Court where I will publicly give clarifications regarding the unlawful acts.”
