The government has approved the procedure for granting the status of “participant in hostilities” to the participants in the defense of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), and has set up an interdepartmental commission dealing with the matter of this status, headed by Deputy Secretary of the Security Council Samvel Shahramanyan. This was reported by the Artsakh Security Council.

Also, a working group has been set up at the office of the Security Council to receive the respective documents to be submitted to the aforesaid interdepartmental commission and, if necessary, to provide consulting.
