YEREVAN. – Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev has invited international investors to invest in Azerbaijan's "historical territory" of Zangezur; that is, the enemy leader invites investors to our sovereign territory. It is the same as me inviting investors to Baku, and there is no normal response from Armenia. And asked whether he sees peace in Aliyev's face, Marukyan responded: "I do not see peace in Aliyev's face. In Aliyev’s face I see the faces of our prisoners of war, including women, and their daily suffering. In Aliyev's face I see the beheaded [Armenian] soldiers, the mood of the last degree of Armenophobia—towards Armenians in general. Naturally, Aliyev is not and has not been a peace-loving person; he will become a peace-loving person if Armenia resolves its internal problems, unites, and imposes peace [to Azerbaijan].”
