On March 17 at 12:10 a.m. Tigran Khachatryan, 26, arrived in Armenia, after which he was taken from Zvartnots International Airport to the central police station. Khachatryan was wanted by the central police station since August 28, 2018 and is charged with forging, selling or using documents, stamps, seals, forms and registration numbers of vehicles and for evading fixed-term military or alternative service, drills or mobilization.

Tigran Khachatryan is the son of former governor of Syunik Province Surik Khachatryan.
