The My Step alliance of political parties must be banned, and government officials representing the alliance must not hold top positions in government for many years. This is what animator, filmmaker and Merited Cultural Figure of Armenia Davit Sahakyants told reporters today.

According to him, the incumbent authorities must not have the opportunity to advance their agenda in the future. “There can’t be elections. I don’t know what will happen to me, if I find out that they are in parliament again,” Sahakyants said.

The animator called on citizens of Armenia to not leave the country and fight for their future in the country. He added that time is not on the side of the political opposition and the citizens of Armenia and said he expects his compatriots to be more active.
