Najla Mangoush has become the first female Foreign Minister in the history of Libya and will take office on Wednesday. Al-Marsad reports that the ceremony of transfer of power was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tripoli, TASS reports.
Mangoush will replace Mohamed Taha Siala, who had been the foreign minister of the country since mid-March 2016.
