The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia has released an ad hoc public report on Azerbaijan’s crimes against humanity in the context of human-made disaster during COVID-19.
“1. From 1st March to 26th September (seven-month period), 49400 cases of the COVID-19 were reported, whereas during the war;
2. 27th September to 9th November (one-and-a-half-month period), this number reached to 59287;
3. At the post-war period, from 10th to 30th November (a half-month period), the number was 27280.
The report features details with concrete examples of the crimes that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces committed against humanity. All the analyses are based on the official and reliable information provided by the Ministry of Health of Armenia,” the Human Rights Defender posted on his Facebook page.
