Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian today had a phone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina Felipe Sola, the Armenian MFA reports.

“The ministers expressed satisfaction with the high level of Armenian-Argentine relations and underscored the mutual willingness to make efforts for further expansion and enrichment of the cooperation agenda. In this context, the parties particularly emphasized the major role that the Armenian community of Argentina plays in the strengthening of bilateral friendship. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Argentina highly appreciated the close cooperation established in multilateral formats over the broad agenda. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ara Aivazian presented the humanitarian situation created in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and the actions being taken to address the humanitarian situation,” the press release of the Armenian MFA reads.
