The partial disruption of the DataLex [judicial information] system ended in the morning, and we see the comprehensive decision on the means of securing the claim applied by the court in the case of Onik Gasparyan [ex-chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces]. Ruben Melikyan, co-founder of the “Legal Path” NGO of Armenia, wrote about this on Facebook.

"The judges deeply—and, I hope, irrevocably—acknowledged that they are not representatives of yet another state system, but bearers and operators of an independent branch of power. That their branch of power is called to counterbalance and balance the ‘political’ branches of power—the Legislator and the Executive—, and is able to play that role with honor and quality. (…).
