An Azerbaijani was transferred to the republican hospital in Stepanakert after suffering from a heart attack and underwent a heart surgery (stenting of coronary vessels), Sputnik Armenia reports, citing the source of information.

Today news was reported on the Internet according to which doctors of the hospital in Stepanakert were providing treatment for an Azerbaijani driver who had been brought to the hospital with the accompaniment of peacekeepers.

Sputnik Armenia tried to contact its well-informed sources in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, but the Ministry of Health and the hospital’s administration refused to comment and recommended addressing the Ministry of Defense.

Currently, it is known that the patient has been transported to Baku.
