President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, I was on a working visit to Martakert region this weekend. I visited the Maghavuz, Varnkatagh, Mets Shen and Mokhratagh communities where I talked to the residents, presented the programs to be carried out within the scope of the state policy, inquired about their problems, made proposals and assigned the relevant government agencies to provide quick solutions.

During the visits, I was also told about the construction works that are being carried out in those communities and are aimed at repairing all the damages caused by the recent war, restoring the housing fund and providing homes to displaced residents.”
