I call on political parties to continue to demand Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation, this agenda must remain unchanged. This is what Spokesperson of the Republican Party of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters today, adding that Pashinyan was the one who unleashed the war with his irresponsible statements and that those who say the former and current authorities are to blame for the war are supporting Pashinyan.

“How will the pre-election campaign be held? Will it be under the target of snipers who might shoot anyone who demands Pashinyan’s resignation?” Sharmazanov asked reporters.

According to Sharmazanov, Pashinyan needs to be held liable, but everything has to be within the scope of the law. “The Republican Party of Armenia is against unlawful actions. Pashinyan’s resignation is on our agenda, and we will fight until the end, even if we are the only ones fighting for it. We need Pashinyan alive so he can tell us how and why all this happened,” he stated.

Sharmazanov expressed certainty that the elections will be falsified during Pashinyan’s administration and that the elections will be an attempt to lead citizens to clashes. At the end, he didn’t rule out the meetings of the Homeland Salvation Movement in Armenia’s provinces.
