The Armenian contingent carrying out its peacekeeping mission in Kosovo attended the solemn opening of the new building at the site where the peacekeeping mission is stationed.

The building was presented to the Armenian contingent by the local command for brilliant performance of the official duties. The Armenian and American flags were raised as a sign of the high-level relations and mutual support. Among the attendees of the solemn ceremony were the commanders of the military station, as well as representatives of the US, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Poland and Austria.

The building will serve as a venue for organizing national celebrations and other events.
