Deputy of the opposition Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Ani Samsonyan today posted the following on her Facebook page:

“BBC has released facts showing that Azerbaijan has destroyed an Armenian church in the territory of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) that is under its control, without leaving a trace. This serves as irrefutable evidence of cultural genocide, vandalism and anti-Armenian policy on the part of Azerbaijan in Artsakh.

These actions to erase everything Armenian and Christianity in Artsakh attest to the fact that Azerbaijan’s peace-loving behavior is a dangerous trap for us Armenians.”
