Iran announced the prevention of an attack on a military base.
According to Tasnim, citing a statement by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a terrorist group attempting to attack military bases in the city of Shush in southwestern Iran was defeated after an exchange of fire.
The attackers planned to attack the bases, but the guards did not allow the attackers to enter these facilities.
After the attack, several AK-47 assault rifles and ammunition were confiscated, the IRGC reported.
