President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today bestowed the “Karabakh” Order upon Selcuk Bayraktar, who is Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s son-in-law and the technical director of Baykar Makine. Bayraktar, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, tweeted this and posted a photo of him and Aliyev.
Bayraktar is planning to host a festival of aerial technologies in Baku.
