STEPANAKERT. – The search operations for the remains of servicemen fallen and for those still considered missing during the recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war continue Friday—this time in the Varanda (Fizuli) region which is now under the control of Azerbaijan. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the Artsakh State Service of Emergency Situations.
The total number of dead bodies found—or transferred to the Armenian side—ever since the ceasefire last November is now 1,527.
