The Constitutional Court will examine the application of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian on June 1, 2021, as reported on the official website of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
The application will be examined through a written procedure.
The Court has designated Judge Arevik Petrosyan to report on the case.
The President’s application concerns determination of the constitutionality of part 3 of Article 40 of the Law on Military Service and Status of Serviceman.
