In an interview with Vladimir Pozner, second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan said he views the situation in Armenia as unsatisfactory.

Asked how he would rate the situation through the French grading system (1-20), the ex-president stated that he would rate it at 3.

When told that this is probably due to several factors, the ex-president stated the post-war situation, the dire defeat in the war, the split of society, the deep apathy and problems with the economy and governance.
