The White House reports that US President Joe Biden has signed a decree on imposing sanctions against the Russian Federation, TASS reported.
In particular, the US government is expelling ten employees of the Russian diplomatic mission in Washington and is prohibiting US companies from obtaining Russian bonds.
The US also says the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia is responsible for the cyberattack on SolarWinds.
