YEREVAN. – Most probably the sides of Karabakh conflict will sign a document on readiness to negotiate further at the Kazan meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents, political scientist Alexander Markarov stated at a press conference on Monday.
Any other document is less likely to be signed in Kazan to accept other approvable principles.
“The talk on June 25 [meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia] will cover principles acceptable for the two sides. General phrases will be uttered,” the expert stated.
As for Nagorno Karabakh integration into negation process, Markarov is sure, at the moment there are no prerequisites for that. Besides, time works for the conflict prevention.
