By the decision of Judge Vahe Misakyan, the detention of resident of Agarak of Syunik Province of Armenia was declared unlawful. This is what advocate Yervand Varosyan wrote on his Facebook page.
Varosyan also informed that Judge Armine Meliksetyan decided to declare the detention of resident of Agarak Gevorg Khachatryan unlawful.
