The Yerevan court of general jurisdiction today rejected the motion filed by an investigator of the Investigative Committee of Armenia to choose arrest as a pre-trial measure against resident of Agarak Sosik Sargsyan, Sargsyan’s attorney Yervand Varosyan wrote on his Facebook page, adding that the court continues to do its part to defend the homeland.
