A group of officers of the reserve force have established the “Union of Reserve Officers of the National Security Service” NGO. This is what hero of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arshavir Gharamyan wrote on his Facebook page, adding that the NGO has been established to neutralize the risks posing a threat to Armenia and to support national security officers.
