STEPANAKERT. – At around 1pm on Monday, the dead body of a resident—born in 1990—was found in a Stepanakert apartment, and hanging from the iron pipe of the living room heating system.
And investigation is underway to find out the circumstances of this incident, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Investigative Committee informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
