The Japanese Foreign Ministry will protest the Chinese side for a cartoon of the famous engraving 'The Great Wave off Kanagawa' by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai, said Japanese FM Toshimitsu Motegi.
The cartoon was posted on Twitter this week by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian, Kyodo reported.
